BEST OF ST. JOHN EXAMPLE ITINERARY
First, we will take you along the North Shore towards the 300 year old house on Whisling Cay (pictured above) which is rumored to have been a customs house. It is said the Danes tried to blow the whistle on smuggling between British islands and the Danish West Indies by maintaining a Customs House on this Cay where the prevailing winds do indeed whistle.
However access to it is not easy, so it could have also been a guard house supplying some shelter for soldiers guarding the passage into the Narrows and the Sir Francis Drake Channel, discouraging escape attempts from slaves. No matter what the purpose was, you will find some great snorkeling there. You don't have snorkeling gear? No problem! We have sets for you to use free or charge including the fabulous new Easybreath masks.
From there you will cruise back passing/exploring all the beautiful beaches

where we can stop and you can swim to land. From there we can go to Henley Cay / Lovango for more snorkeling or we can stop at the Pizza Boat off Little St. James for some delicious, fresh pizza (if it is open on that day - they are typically closed during the hurricane season). Kids usually love that!
The timing (typically from 10:00 - 2:00pm) and route is flexible, one thing is certain: You will see the Best of St. John at a great price for only 400$ incl. Captain and fuel with no hidden charges.
Logistics
The trip is typically about 4 hours. We will provide you with water and ice and will have some snorkeling gear on board which you can use for free. But we cannot guarantee we will have every odd size, so to ensure correct fit, you might want to bring your own or rent.
There are not really any bars or restaurants to stop at on this route, so you might want to bring your own lunch, which we can store in our large cool box (unless you would like to stop at the pizza boat). Alternatively, we can pick up some food for you at a local Deli.
Also there are no docks at any of the stops, so prepare to swim to land and get wet! If you prefer to get to the beaches without swimming, we also have paddleboards for rent which you can add to the boat trip for 50$ per board.
